JOB DUTIES

As a key member of the Human Resource team, this role will report to the Human Resource Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (posting, screening, scheduling, closing)
  • Draft offer letters and initiate the onboarding process
  • Manage job descriptions and ATS postings
  • Facilitate onboarding checklists and ensure completion of new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate terminations following a standardized process
  • Maintain OSHA records across multiple sites
  • Input and update 401K/HSA/payroll changes in ADP
  • Attend and coordinate career fairs and university relationships
  • Process all employee changes (PAFs, title updates, directory sync)
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams for status changes
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and form updates
  • Lead internal recognition efforts
  • Active participant in site culture clubs and planning committees
  • Coordinate quarterly clothing store projects
  • Coordinate quarterly work-anniversary treats
  • Participate in annual benefits open enrollment processes
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program
  • Preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • At least 2-4 years of related experience is required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with superior time management skills
